Silk painting is very relaxing once the silk item is prepared to work on. I love being able to splodge the paint on and then sit back and watch what happens. The colour is set by ironing the silk once dry. Many hours of fun can occur and beautiful gifts are made to give to a friend.

The last two days have been spent in the physical world and not in cyberspace. There has been contact with my birth family for the last three days. This has disrupted some of my planned agenda but was not an unpleasant experience.
Tuesday was a bad bad day....
The reality of doing Diploma subjects is that the study will requre some form of formal requirement from me to show I have been listening and participating in gaining knowlege. This is one of those tasks that have a four letter name and therefore shake my whole being. After the middle of Nov I expect every day to be most excellent.
